The entire offering collected at Stony Point on the
fourth Sunday of each month is dedicated to the support of local,
regional, national and worldwide ministries and missions work,
including:
Christ’s
Kitchen (feeding the hungry in cooperation with other
area churches; Stony Point feeds 50-100 people on the third
Sunday every other month at
Centenary Methodist Church
in New Albany, Indiana)
Greyhound Foster Program at Morehead Youth Development Center(a partnership between the Kentucky Department of Juvenile
Justice and Greyhound Pets of America for at-risk youth to learn
occupational and life skills through fostering newly retired
racing Greyhounds, en route to their new lives as family
companion pets)
